Hydro extractors for fabrics, hanks,
tops, loose-stocks and bobbins
Machine’s turning and outer buckets will
be AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
Turning buckets has been strengthened
with fortification circles.
Bearing block and the conic in the
turning bucket will be cast steel.
Motor will be switched on with a speed
controlling inverter.
Breaking will be done dynamically
resisting with inverter. In bobbin hydro extractors breaking will be done
pneumatically
After loading and pressing start button,
lid will be closed pneumatically.
A balance switch will be oriented over
the machine against overload charging.
In case of balanced charge machine will
stop and buzzer with exciter signal.
The lid will not open unless the turning
bucket stops, via the procsy meter switch over the machine.
Machine’s working duration will be
adjusted with the device on the control panel.
Bobbin hydro extractors have sockets for
the bobbins inside the bucket to avoid deformations over the bobbin shape.
The hydraulic clutch mounted to the motor
will extend the lifetime of it by preventing the shock-load at first
starts.
