The surfaces, touching fiber, of the
machine will be AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
Fiber will be loaded over the carrying
plate. To prevent collection at one side, bucket will turn around its axis
in a low speed while fiber is being loaded.
While loading fiber to press it can be
crept by hot water poured from top.
There are one reserve tank and pump
beside press for hot water bath.
Water loss is minimized by taking the
overflowing water during pressing, back to the reserve tank
Pressing will be done by hydraulic piston
driving the pressing plate. So, the breakings among fiber will be reduced
and abrage will be prevented because of the homogenous jam.
After pressing finishes, the head
carrying the pressing plate and hydraulic piston, will be turned left or
right (optionally) pneumatically to discharge the extraction area.
Fiber will be taken out by lifting the
chained carrying plate positioned bottom.
